#HernandezGovan, who was arrested on new charges nearly a year after he was acquitted in the de-th of #Memphis rapper #YoungDolph, is facing more charges. Federal attorneys with the Western District of Tennessee confirmed that he was charged with cyberstalking. He appeared for an initial court hearing on Monday, June 15. This comes after he was arrested on Thursday, June 11, on state charges. According to court documents, a woman claimed that Govan sent her threatening messages and voicemails on June 3 and June 4.  The woman reportedly told investigators that, on June 3, Govan called and threatened to have someone sh—t up her home over a money dispute.  According to Shelby County court records, Govan’s bond was set at $4,000 on Friday, June 12.
