The journey for women’s hockey was not an easy one. I’m emotional sharing this mini documentary about the trials and tribulations many female hockey players faced before the PWHL was created in 2023. Many will never understand the full story, but to see this league expand and flourish into what we have today is something I will always be proud of even if I’m not the one playing in it.
