Chapter Council Spotlight🩵 Meet our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Director, Katie! “Hey! My name is Katie Janko, I am a rising junior, and I currently serve as Kappa’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director! From the moment I became a Kappa, I knew I wanted to take on a leadership role within our chapter. In this role, I work to create an inclusive environment where every member feels valued and heard. We want Kappa to be a place where all individuals can thrive as well as foster a mindset that helps shape the way we treat one another, celebrate each other’s differences, and grow together. I also oversee the Capstone Wellness Explorer program within Kappa, which encourages student well-being across campus. Being part of Chapter Council means so much to me—it’s a chance to give back to the sisterhood that has already given me so much.
