After seeing the genuine friendships she made during her own recruitment, I knew I wanted to go through rush at Alabama! I was nervous, but so excited to meet so many amazing girls. When I look back on my memories throughout rush week, going into the Kappa house stands out the most. Kappa’s sisterhood round gives you an indescribable feeling. Once I saw all of the older girls singing, dancing, and laughing, I knew Kappa was the place for me. Carefree energy radiated throughout the room showing how genuine Kappa’s sisterhood is. Another thing that stuck out to me was how excited all the older girls were when I was in there! They made me feel so special in a room full of strangers, and I knew I was finally at home!
