Happy Summer Solstice 🧘‍♀️ One of my favorite annual traditions is taking a free yoga class in the middle of Times Square to celebrate the Summer Solstice. ☀️ It’s always important to take some time for yourself and slow down when you live a busy lifestyle, but it’s just such a unique experience to do it in the middle of one of the busiest cities and spots on earth…especially during the World Cup. I have been participating for years, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make it today, but I hope you can! Online registration is full, but walk-ups are possible if they have space.
