The featured Colorado artifact for “50 for 50” is the VanDersarl Bleriot, built by two teenage brothers from Denver in 1909! Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Museum and the U.S. 250th, the “50 for 50” project will spotlight one artifact from every U.S. state and territory.
