Most people log on my website and see a finished product not knowing how long it took to get there. Seeing something’s on the internet lately has made me want to share a little piece of my process. I think brands who launch to massive audiences and sell out within minutes to then be met with quality complaints is just not right. Then they fix it, re launch and sell it all over again. Where’s the integrity in that? Maybe I’m old fashioned but my process is completely different. I don’t believe your customers should be paying to test your products - that’s what the quality control department is for.
