Stickers are one of the most powerful open-ended creative materials you can put out for any age… if you stop treating them like a reward. No finished product to aim for. You peel, you press, you’ve made something that is yours. That is not an accident. That is by design. But most families keep stickers in a drawer, hand them out one at a time, or avoid them entirely because they’re afraid of where they’ll end up. So kids never get to use them as a real creative material.
