Last summer I was given the opportunity to tour multiple colleges in California, including: CSU Channel Islands, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, San Jose State, San Francisco State, Santa Clara University, UC Berkeley, Sacramento State, and UC Merced. I especially enjoyed visiting UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley, both because of their locations and campuses. My highlights of the trip were: 1) going to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk 2) walking across the Golden Gate Bridge I’m so grateful for having the opportunity to go on that trip, and I am looking forward to applying to these schools in the fall! #mentorforchange #collegevisits
