I’ve noticed a lot of “trad-wife” content showing up in my feed lately. Many suggesting that women shouldn’t have the right to vote. It reminded me how recently many of these rights were gained, and how easily people can forget that. I believe every person has equal worth and equal dignity, regardless of sex, race, income, or background. Those things don’t make one human being more important than another. Respecting each other’s choices is important, but so is remembering that equality isn’t a gift someone gives us.
