Enjoy beautiful fruit, flowers, and sun! This lemon cake, strawberry jam, and buttercream packed flower is the perfect way!! I used Canterbury Bells, Hollyhocks, and Balloon Flowers! 1 ½ cups of flour
¼ tsp of Baking Soda
¼ tsp of Baking Powder
¼ tsp of Salt
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup of buttermilk (room temp)
¼ cup of preferred oil (vegetable, coconut, olive, etc.)
¼ cup sweet cream butter (softened)
½ cup of granulated sugar
½ cup of light brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs (room temp)
