Timothée Chalamet and Selena Gomez are working together again on Illumination’s new animated film, “Not Alone.” Chalamet will make his animation debut as ‘Joe’ and Gomez will be voicing the character ‘Fran.’ The two previously worked together on Woody Allen’s “A Rainy Day in New York” back in 2019. #NotAlone follows ‘Joe’ (Chalamet) and ‘Fran’ (Gomez) who are brought together to prepare for the inaugural launch of a revolutionary rocket, where there are immediate sparks, but neither is particularly adept at romance. “Life becomes more complicated when three aliens — tiny, unruly and adorable — take refuge in Joe’s home.
