More than a year after a suspected drunk driving crash killed 20-year-old Arianna Valencia and her 3-year-old sister, Camila, their family says they are growing frustrated with the pace of the criminal case against the driver accused of causing the crash. The case returned to court Friday in Merced County, where a judge received a probation report ahead of a chambers conference scheduled for Tuesday morning. The case is also set for a readiness conference Sept. 3, with trial currently scheduled for late October unless a plea agreement is reached.
