🇯🇲🌴 A stronger link between tourism and local production is on the horizon. Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett, in his Tourism Sectoral Presentation in parliament on Tuesday has announced that the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining, is collaborating on the establishment of the Tourism Logistics Supply Centre—a transformative initiative designed to strengthen Jamaica's tourism value chain and increase opportunities for local suppliers. More than just a warehouse, the Centre will serve as a critical hub connecting tourism demand with Jamaican production.
