✈️ More flights, more opportunities, and more connections are on the horizon for Jamaica.
Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett has announced a series of new airline agreements designed to increase airlift to and from Jamaica, creating greater opportunities for both visitors and Jamaicans travelling abroad.
Under the new arrangements, major carriers including Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, and Copa Airlines will increase the frequency of flights serving the island, strengthening Jamaica's connectivity with key international markets.
The expanded routes will provide enhanced access to destinations such as Toronto, Tampa, Panama, and Guadeloupe, the latter serving as an important gateway to France and the wider European market.
The increased airlift is expected to support continued growth in the Jamaican tourism sector while also making travel more accessible and convenient for Jamaicans.
