We often think spiritual leadership requires a platform.
A microphone.
Or a title.
But the truth is, most of our discipleship happens in the quiet.
In the mundane.
In the tasks that no one else sees.
Whether you’re washing dishes, answering emails, or folding laundry, you are leading.
You are stewarding the moments God has given you.
Colossians 3:23 reminds us:
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
True leadership isn't about being seen by others.
It’s about being present with God.
It’s about finding the sacred in the ordinary.
When we invite Him into the laundry room or the office cubicle, we transform chores into worship.
Don't wait for a "big" moment to follow Him.
He is already here in the small ones.
What is one ordinary task you can invite God into today?
