Summer Spotlight!!🌟🌟 Let’s hear from Mary Clarke about her internship this summer!! This summer I’ve been given the awesome opportunity to intern at my favorite place, Trail West Lodge! I’ve been spending a lot of early morning in the kitchen as the AM cook and learning a lot along the way (mostly just how to be a morning person). Outside of work I’ve been getting to explore Colorado, which has been such an incredible experience. One of my favorite parts has honestly just been waking up and seeing the view of Mount Princeton. I think I have taken 100 photos of just one mountain. I’ve been able to explore the sand dunes, hang out by some beautiful lakes, and just take in so many views that don’t even feel real sometimes. Its been a really good mix of work and adventure and I’ve already makes memories that I know I’ll carry with me for a long time. More than anything, I’ve just felt very grateful to be here.
