Here’s what’s actually happening: your diaphragm, deep abdominals, pelvic floor, and hip stabilizers aren’t coordinating pressure. So your low back takes over. Your ribs flare. Your pelvis shifts to find control that should already be there. The athlete says “my core is weak.” The reality? The regulator is off. Your Deep Front Line is the foundation every other sling builds on. Without it, your posterior chain compensates. Your spiral line can’t rotate clean. Your anterior line overworks to brake. How to fix it: Breathe first. Set tone through 360° expansion — front, sides, back. Create internal pressure BEFORE you move. Then maintain it under load.
