Comment POSTERIOR CHAIN
Most athletes think weak hamstrings = do more hamstring curls.
Wrong diagnosis. Wrong fix.
When an athlete tells me “my hamstrings are weak,” here’s what I actually hear: the push chain is leaking somewhere.
The posterior line isn’t a muscle — it’s a sequence:
→ Foot loads first
→ Hips drive second
→ Spine transmits last
Break that sequence anywhere and output drops. Your hamstrings aren’t weak. They’re doing three jobs because your glutes and foot never showed up.
OUTPUT = coordinated pressure + timing.
That’s what we train in Elite Endure.
💬 Comment POSTERIOR CHAIN and I’ll send you the complete ebook — covers every line, every common leak, and what to actually train.
