The highly anticipated indigena_by_owamni is now open at the guthrietheater in Minneapolis! This is the next generation of owamni, the_sioux_chef’s James Beard Award winning restaurant. Indígena has more than twice the space and an expanded menu that showcases Indigenous foods of North America through contemporary, decolonized cuisine.
