This May, syr_arch students took their skills off campus and into the community 🍊 Through a Maymester course and a partnership with atinyhomeforgood — a Syracuse nonprofit working to provide safe, affordable and dignified housing for people transitioning out of the shelter system — #SyracuseU students spent two weeks designing and building an outdoor shade and gathering structure. The experience included a two-day design session and hands-on construction, all in collaboration with the leadership of A Tiny Home for Good.
