Sit with a beautiful view of the iconic Galata tower, Turkish tea, and a slice of this San Sebastián cheesecake 🍰 The burnt top gives it a rich caramelised flavour, the middle is soft and creamy, and unlike many cheesecakes, it’s not overly sweet (but it is super rich!). If you’re visiting Istanbu and you have a sweet tooth, get it on your list because it is delicious! 📍 My favourite place to eat this was Rodinya Galata. They have the most variations of cheesecake topping, and great coffees!
