Music legend Clive Davis has died at 94. His rep confirmed he passed away peacefully from age-related illness, surrounded by his family and loved ones. He had been hospitalized last month after developing an upper respiratory infection, was sent home on June 4th, and was expected to be recovering. The man who changed music forever.
