Consider me healed thanks to Courtney, her band of baddies, and the mountains of Tahoe 🏔️ 💕 Last slide is my impressions of the ascent course with fellow first-timer on the trails stephrothstein Kevin is a gamer. I asked him the night before if he wanted to hop in the 11k with 1,800 ft of vert and he immediately agreed. And he seems to have genuinely loved the experience! Look at us go! Teammate hugs after a tough race 💕 So grateful I got to be there. Also, how cool is it to have the perspective of the mountains all around you when you’re struggling?! Compared to having a tough day on the track… remarkable. Absolute vibes flying downhill A lot of the downhill was actually really steep and scary though! But when you hit just the right amount, it’s magic Sending Court some love mid-climb. I get what she loves about this sport. 💕 Had so much fun chasing athletes around the course with my gopro So cool to see Court bounce back for Sundays 23k after racing the ascent on Friday...
