Long Island lost three restaurants this week. Bluebird Kitchen in Bellmore, one of Long Island's top bistros announced it will shut its doors this month after nearly five years in business. Also, after five years in business, The Theo Thai Bistro in Bethpage, one of the only halal Thai restaurants on Long Island, was found to be closed.
