🗣️Shout out to the Rare Breeds who don’t miss a thing👏🏻The more I travel & attend workout classes of all kinds, the more I realize, instructors who are able to teach on stage and actually SEE the room are rare, AND you are a whole notha level of DIFFERENT if you’re then able to RESPOND to what you see, on purpose while still embodying the star power within you. That’s the Turn Up standard though🙏🏻 An ICON is an ICON because her presence is felt, regardless of where she is in the room, her presence is felt simply because of how present she is. Whoa BARSSSSS… It’s not because of her cool tricks, twerks, flips, or even cueing…it’s because she’s locked in to the moment and can execute all of that on time—she knows performance is pointless if she’s not able to simultaneously USE it to strategically amplify the ROOM.
