Investigators have released the initial findings from the autopsy of Elena Katherine Moore, whose remains were found in Lexington, South Carolina last week. The 39-year-old personal trainer was reported missing on June 12. Her body was found on June 17, in the area of Old Cherokee Road and Northlake Drive. The Lexington County Coroner's Office positively identified her remains on Friday, June 19.
