Esencia de Frida at velasvallarta 💫 I spent the last five days at Velas Vallarta for Esencia de Frida, a culinary celebration centered around Mexican food, culture, and hospitality - and it was everything! Every night was a different chef-led tasting menu from the restaurant team across the Grand Velas properties, and the food was truly memorable!! Dumplings filled with smoked pork belly with macha sauce, beautifully cooked barbacoa, delicious birria, a refreshing tuna crudo and a kiwi margarita that I may have ordered twice. The food was incredible, but what made the week so special was getting to learn from talented chefs, connect with new friends, and experience so much thoughtfulness, care and hospitality along the way.
