Religious freedom means every Idahoan gets to believe, worship, question, or not worship at all. That promise comes from the First Amendment. Our Constitution protects freedom of religion. It also protects freedom from government-imposed religion. White Christian nationalism twists faith into political power. It tells people that one religion should sit above everyone else in law, government, classrooms, and public life. That does not protect Christianity. It weakens religious freedom for everyone.
