I had an amazing time at It Takes Two with momcozy I got to share my story about missing the birth of one of my children and how much support mattered not just for my wife, but for me too. One thing we don’t talk about enough is that dads can experience postpartum depression as well. It was encouraging to connect with the DSSC LA chapter, postpartum educators, and so many parents who are committed to showing up for their families. Events like this remind me that preparing for parenthood isn’t just about the baby it’s about making sure parents feel seen, supported, and equipped.
