lovable.dev helped build an app giving victims of gender-based violence in Argentina a safer way to report gender based violence for survivors. It was created by Mariana Sánchez Caparrós, a lawyer focused on ethics, gender, and AI, alongside computer scientist Matías Calderini. The platform was designed to help both victims and authorities better report and process gender-based violence cases in a more accessible and secure way. The app is already running as a pilot in one Argentine province, expanding into another, and was presented at a UN event in March as an example of thoughtful AI being used to tackle sensitive real-world issues.
