For #AATeam member Jordan, the Pride Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) has been that space since Day 1. What began as a connection at DFW has grown into a journey of leadership, mentorship and meaningful relationships across our system. Today, as a Pride Ambassador at the Robert L. Crandall Campus, Jordan continues to help create the same sense of support and community that shaped his early career. "Through Pride TMRG, I have been able to build meaningful connections with the LGBTQ+ community both within and outside of American Airlines,” says Jordan. "Pride TMRG offers both a space to grow professionally and a place to feel at home."
