Police arrived at Smith’s house after being called, checked everything out, and left without anyone being taken into custody. This comes after a woman accused Smith of allegedly “attacking” her. “Geno just beat my a**, that’s why. I came in there. I put something down and I left. You ran outside and attacked me, b*tch,” the woman yelled in a video posted to Instagram. However, it appears no legal action will be taken at this time. The mother of Smith’s child recently posted on Instagram that he is in fact more than a capable father. “Geno is and always has been more than capable of taking care of his son.
