There is just something special when women gather. Especially on sacred land.
This is not new. For thousands of years, across every culture, women have come together in circles ā around fire, near water, under open sky ā to heal, to witness each other, and to remember who they are.
Research from UCLA calls it the tend-and-befriend response: under stress, women are wired to seek connection with other women. That connection releases oxytocin, lowers cortisol, and shifts the nervous system out of survival mode in a way that very few things can replicate. Your body was built for this kind of gathering. It has been waiting for it.
