The decision comes after the court previously rejected another appeal because it was filed one day late. _____________________________________ Shirilla’s attorneys argued that she may have blacked out behind the wheel due to a pre-existing medical condition, but the court declined to review the claim. _____________________________________ Shirilla has now had multiple appeals denied by Ohio courts.
