During an interview with ‘Good Morning America’, #MuniLong encouraged listeners to take care of themselves after saying she was faced with her mortality during her battle with Lupus. She revealed that she underwent a double lung transplant after her exit from ‘The Boy Is Mine Tour.’ The artist was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus in 2014. _____________________________________ Long mentioned that following her tour exit, she went home for Thanksgiving before waking up in the hospital afterward. However, she then received a prognosis from doctors, who told her she only had one week to live. “My jaw dropped. Literally.
