Originally trained as a painter, Mutch turned to digital tools in the early 1990s, expanding the possibilities of his practice while challenging traditional ideas of artistic production. Over the years, his work has evolved across multiple mediums—from digital printmaking and photography to pencil and oil painting—while maintaining a strong conceptual foundation.
