Thrilled to share that I had the privilege of conducting an online yoga session for 2900 employees of "WIPRO- Precision Automation & Robotics" across Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Baner, Shirval, and Katraj offices this International Yoga Day! I conducted this session from their Pune office where all technical staff and HR officials helped me for conducting a smooth session. It was incredible to see so many people come together to learn practical stretches, yoga asanas for desk work, breathwork, eye exercises, and even some laughter therapy — all designed to fit into a busy workday. The energy was amazing, and the feedback has been truly heartwarming.
