Pinch me - I’m cooking on foodnetwork! Last night I cooked in my first challenge on #100Cooks in front of terrycrews nick.digiovanni and guarnaschelli. I had just 40 minutes to think of my dish, gather my ingredients, and make my best one pot dish so you KNOW I had to bust out the wok. Competing and filming this show earlier this year has been one of the highlights of my life - it was one of the most mentally exhausting, tiring, rewarding experiences, and something I will take with me forever.
