Recently I've been using a continuous glucose monitor by Stelo (from Dexcom).
I want to be clear about one thing: In healthy adults, there is actually no evidence that wearing a CGM improves health outcomes.
The reason I'm doing it is because I like to see what's going on in my body in more granular detail. If things are going wrong — like not exercising enough — we don't really notice some of the metabolic changes that begin happening, sometimes for years.
Getting this insight helps me understand my own physiology to make changes: improve my workout quality, improve my sleep quality, change my eating habits with more real-time feedback.
This is certainly not something I advocate for everybody. But I've found it to be a helpful tool personally. And I'm enjoying all the data I get.
