I’ve wanted to release my own music since 2013, but imposter syndrome always got in the way. Every time I thought about putting something out, I convinced myself it wasn’t good enough or that I wasn’t ready. In 2015, I recorded this cover, hoping it would be the beginning of that journey. But once again, fear won. I never found the courage to release it, and it ended up sitting on my hard drive for years. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating music and sounds for artists, producers, and musicians around the world. Ironically, encouraging others to create became much easier than believing in myself. My friends finally convinced me to release this cover while I continue working on my original music.
