The campaign behind a ballot initiative which would give Portlanders the ability to decide how the city spends millions every year misreported the source of donations totalling $270,000 in filings to the state. Campaign finance reports show that since October, the Community Budgeting for All 2026 political action committee reported nine donations — ranging in value from $10,000 to $40,000 — from East County Rising PAC. However, East County Rising PAC’s own campaign finance activity did not reflect the contributions.
