After nearly three years, HiFi Brew Lounge in Valley Junction has opted to close. “Sorry to say folks, but the time has come for HiFi Brew Lounge to close its doors,” the restaurant staff wrote on Facebook. The menu offered riffs on classic favorites. Brisket Cubans, birria grilled cheese, fried chicken Cordon Bleu, a falafel gyro and a roster of burgers joined steak frites, corn brulee, disco tots and ratatouille ragu on the menu.
