One thing I’ve learned from working in hospitality is that guests rarely recommend discounts. They recommend stories. Every week, venues compete with promotions, offers, happy hours, and special deals. While those things can bring people through the door, they rarely become the reason people talk about a venue afterwards. What gets shared are memorable experiences. The places that create conversations create curiosity. The places that create curiosity create visits. And the places that consistently create memorable experiences build loyalty and long-term revenue. 📈 In my opinion, the strongest marketing in hospitality happens after the guest leaves. If people are talking about your venue when you’re not in the room, you’re doing something right. 🍸 What story is your venue giving guests to tell? 👇 Let me know in the comments.
