Some projects ship. Some projects shape you. Recursive Labs was one of those projects. What started as a branding assignment gradually became something much bigger. Over the next few months, I found myself designing not just a visual identity, but pitch decks, launch campaigns, AI commercials, website explorations, and a growing communication system for an AI startup building the future of developer tools. The product evolved. The direction changed. The brand was rewritten more than once.
