IF YOU COULD ONLY CHOOSE 1 “DRILL” FOREVER FOR TEAM PRACTICE WHAT WOULD IT BE🤔 I was asked this question the other day☝🏽 and as far as position players go (obviously pitchers need their own best drill)… in my opinion I would choose a coach pitch game with a full defense. Hitters get one swing. If you swing and miss you’re out. If you foul it off you can keep swinging until you put it in play🏌️‍♂️ For me personally, team practice isn’t for working on individuals mechanics (thats for the cage or mid week bullpens).
