From a First Officer on the 747 to Direct Entry Captain on a brand new Airplane, to the 787. It’s not that I wasn’t afraid of failure. I was terrified. I thought confidence came before big opportunities. What I’ve learned is that confidence usually comes after you say yes. Today I’m flying my dream airplane, and I’m still learning, growing, and chasing the next challenge. It’s not that you won’t have obstacles, but you will figure it out like you always have.
