There are conversations grief never ends.
Sometimes they happen in the car.
Sometimes in an empty room.
Sometimes while folding laundry.
And sometimes…
they happen under the moon.
I still catch myself telling my dad about my day.
About something funny that happened.
About something I wish he could have seen.
For a second, it feels so natural.
Then I remember.
People often think healing means talking about them less.
But maybe healing isn’t silence.
Maybe healing is finding new places for the conversation to continue.
The moon has heard more stories than anyone will ever know.
Perhaps that’s why so many grieving hearts look up when the world becomes too quiet.
If you’ve ever talked to someone who is no longer here…
you are not alone.
❤️ Save this for the nights you miss them the most.
Comment MOON if you’ve ever found yourself talking to someone you’ve lost. I’ll send you something special that reminds you they’re never far from your heart.
