Nobody taught me what to do with grief. Not when my father died. Not when my godfather died. Not when the world expected me to keep moving. Looking back, I think grief is a lot like this glass of water. The harder we fight it, the more it spreads through everything. The more we allow it to exist, the more space we create around it. Four years later, I don’t think my grief is smaller. I think I’ve stopped fighting it. 🤍 ✨ Comment LETTER and I’ll send you a personal invitation to my free weekly Grief Letter about life after loss, grief, love, memory, and becoming. #grief #griefjourney #griefandloss #healingjourney #griefandlosssupport
