Recently, I asked my audience a simple question. Did anyone teach you about grief growing up? 91% said no. And honestly? That explains a lot. Because we’re taught how to love. We’re taught how to be kind. We’re taught how to be brave. We’re taught how to build careers, relationships, and families. But nobody teaches us what happens when someone we love dies. Nobody teaches us why we still think about them years later. Nobody teaches us why happiness can feel guilty. Nobody teaches us why grief comes back when we least expect it. And then when loss arrives, we think we’re doing it wrong. Maybe we’re not. Maybe most of us were never taught. Maybe that’s why conversations like these matter. What’s one thing you wish someone had taught you about grief? 🤍 ✨ Comment LETTER and I’ll personally send you an invitation to my free weekly letter about life, loss, and becoming. #grief #griefjourney #griefandloss #healingjourney #griefandlosssupport
